The Town Court, that has civil and criminal jurisdiction consists of two town justices, each elected 4-year terms. A small claims part deals with disputes informally. The court clerk will assist persons filing small claims matters; jurisdiction is limited to $3,000. The Town Court does not accept any faxes.
